Iranians, wherever they are in the world, are subject to Iran’s laws in terms of citizenship and personal status. Marriage registration in the MIKHAK system

The MIKHAK system allows us to register the marriage of an Iranian person with a foreign citizen and give it legal status by preparing the necessary documents. Marriage registration in the Clove system also requires documents, which are mentioned in the following article.

Documents required for marriage registration

• Completed application form for marriage registration by couples in Mikhak system
• The official permission of the legal guardian of the maiden, in case of the death of the legal guardian of the wife, it is necessary to present the death certificate of the legal guardian
• Valid birth certificate with photo of the couple
• Sharia marriage certificate of the couple, issued by Islamic centers accepted by the agency
• Local marriage certificate of the couple, issued by the competent authorities of the country of residence
• Health certificate of the couple stating that they are in perfect health and do not have any infectious diseases that prevent marriage, including (AIDS, hepatitis, sexually transmitted diseases, addiction and thalassemia)
• The original bank receipt for the marriage registration fee deposit
• Three new photos of each couple
