Steps for obtaining Student exit permit
NESHA system
1- Registration in the NESHA system
2- Registration of the application for academic exemption in the NESHA system
3- Referral to the affairs of students on the first working day after registration
4- Receiving a letter of introduction to the duty system
Duty system
5- Receiving in-school study Exit and delivery of student affairs letter along with green card and national card
6- Determining the type of bail and then following up the relevant works according to the type of bail
7- Receiving the letter of academic exemption addressed to the students’ affairs and delivering it
8- Receiving a letter of cancellation of the commitment to the university in order to carry out the work of liberating the degree
9- Registration in SAJAD system and request to cancel the obligation of the degree (s)
Passport Office
10- Refer to the Passport Office and Delivery of student affairs letter
11- Get an exit form
12- Receipt of passport documents
Once your departure has been confirmed for two months to the desired destination.
